I spent the first two decades of my life growing up in Ohio, first in Centerville and then in Oxford while attending Miami University. It was at Miami that I first discovered Geography and began exploring the political implications of digital technologies for indigenous communities. After a brief stint in northern Virginia, I moved to Seattle to pursue graduate studies at the University of Washington. Whenever we can find a free moment, my wife and I enjoy hanging out with friends, indulging in Seattle’s food scene, catching up on movies, and exploring the incredible sights of the Pacific Northwest.
